I hereby declare that my parents/guardians and I have read and understood all the rules, regulations and stipulations of the Young Stars Cricket League – Tennis (“YSCL-Tennis”) and we undertake to unconditionally abide by them.

It is implicitly and explicitly understood and unconditionally agreed upon that the decisions of the coaches regarding player selection for the teams will be final and binding on us.

I hereby undertake not to ingest, swallow, inhale or otherwise consume any performance-enhancing drugs or prohibited substances.

We acknowledge and agree that if I am found guilty of breaching or violating any terms of this declaration, my registration will be canceled immediately. The decision of the Disciplinary Committee of YSCL-Tennis in this regard will be final and binding on me.

We understand and accept that if I sustain an injury during the camp, matches or season and I am not allowed to continue as per a doctor’s recommendation or otherwise, no refund will be provided. YSCL-Tennis management shall not be held liable for any non-disclosure of medical conditions or any injuries sustained during the course of play.

In the event of registration cancellation for any reason as determined by the Disciplinary Committee, the registration fee paid will be forfeited and we shall have no claim of any kind against YSCL-Tennis management or its associates.

Furthermore, we agree that if the event is canceled due to reasons beyond the control of YSCL-Tennis management, including but not limited to riots, civil commotion, war, acts of God, court orders or government bans, the registration fee paid will not be refunded.

It is mandatory for the parents or legal guardians of the applicant to execute an Indemnity Bond on a ₹10 Non-Judicial Stamp Paper in the format prescribed by YSCL-Tennis. The bond must be duly attested by a gazetted officer or notary and submitted at the time of reporting to the camp. Entry to the camp will not be permitted without a valid Indemnity Bond.

Note: YSCL-Tennis does not entertain requests for return, refund or cancellation under any circumstances.
